Orono Youth Football

 In 2011, OYF now has grade coordinators. The goal of each coordinator is 

1.  Recruit coaches for the grade.
2.  Spread the word for registration.
3.  Engage coaches to develop kids: not "win at all costs."
4.  Be the first contact for any issues that arise from a given grade.
5.  Monitor and manage player development and participation levels.
